The man who got tired of the new

Marcello sold shirts for twenty years before he made one. His customers came back every season for the same garment in a slightly different cut, because the cut moved every season.

Ten years ago he stopped selling and started making. One fit, tested in linen for July and merino for January. He still approves every fit himself.

Questions, answered

How long does delivery take?

Orders are prepared in 1 to 2 business days. Delivery then takes 3 to 7 business days for domestic orders and 7 to 20 business days for international ones. The estimate for your address appears at checkout.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay, so you see the full cost first. Any free shipping offer is shown there as well.

Can I return a piece?

Yes, within 30 days of the day your order arrives. Write to support@marcelloatelier.com with your order number and we will reply with the next steps.

When do I get my refund?

Once your return is approved, the refund is processed within 5 to 10 business days.

How does the discount work?

Buy 2 pieces from the same collection and save 15%, 3 pieces save 20%, 4 or more save 25%. It is applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.

Can I mix sizes and colours?

Yes. Any pieces from the same collection count towards the discount, in any size or colour.

How do I choose my size?

Open the size guide on the product page and compare it with a piece you already own and like. If you sit between two sizes in knitwear, take the larger one.
